We offer a bottle storage service for our main bar, Le Marquis. Why not store a bottle of whiskey or brandy with us, then come relax at the bar and have a drink from it whenever you’d like? We also offer a special price for new guests.

Hibiki Blender’s Choice

Hibiki is among the greatest brands of Japanese blended whiskey, made with the fourth movement of Brahms’ Symphony No. 1 in mind.

Hibiki Blender’s Choice first went on sale in 2018. It can’t be purchased at stores and is currently a restaurant-exclusive product.

It doesn’t have a vintage listed on it, but it is treated as roughly a 15-year-old whiskey. It tastes of unrefined whiskey aged in a wine barrel. It is deep, smooth, and has a fruity flavor.

The Macallan 18 Year

This whiskey is distilled in the Speylands, on the east of the Scottish Highlands. The creators were the second to get a distilling license in the Highlands. Guests can enjoy a very complex flavor profile that has been cultivated over 140+ years.

It has a rich, dry fruity flavor and tastes of spice, orange, and wood smoke. It also has hints of ripe fruit, sweet toffee, and hints of ginger.

Among the countless cognacs out there, Delamain remains at the top. And our pick of their selection is XO Pale & Dry.

Created with 100% Grande Champagne grapes, giving the cognac a full fruity flavor we hope you’ll enjoy.

Bottle Storage System:

– We store bottles for up to six months since your last visit.

– You pay nothing for water or ice when you come to enjoy a drink from your bottle. However, there is a 500 yen fee if you would prefer a cocktail made with it.

– Please present your member’s card when you wish to make use of the bottle storage system.

– Please ask other restaurants if you can use our system at their establishment.
