A Provence-style dinner with 7 kinds of sweets

L’OCCITANE’s popular Osmanthus series, created in the image of the flower on a moonlit night, is represented splendidly with Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo’s cuisine, beverages, and the garden.

 

Begin a wonderful evening admiring the view from the terrace, sipping a welcome cocktail as the Aromatic Tokyo Sea of Clouds fills the garden with the hue and aroma of osmanthus.

 

After saying “cheers” on the terrace, step inside the hall to sit down to an authentic southern-French style full-course meal selected by Head Chef Judai that conveys this spirit of L’OCCITANE. After the meal, 7 kinds of sweets created by our pâtissier Nozomi Kurihara to represent osmanthus, the moon, and traditional sweets of southern France are served buffet-style. Whether inside the banquet hall or on the terrace, guests can enjoy their fill of the sweets and our original cocktails.

*The Aromatic Sea of Clouds can be viewed from 7:10 p.m. It is visible even in  rainy weather.

*The Kabukimon gate will be closed for the time being. Please enter from the Hotel or Banquet Building entrances.

General: 13,000 yen, Members: 12,000 yen per person

Chiffon cake

With osmanthus flower kneaded into the dough,

the aroma of the flowers spreads gently among the flavor.

Tarte au pignons

A traditional dessert of the Provence region,

baked with pine nuts and caramel sauce.

Guerande salt serves as an accent.

Yogurt and custard cream puffs

Cream puffs are prepared with mild yogurt and custard,

in the brand colors of L’OCCITANE.

Fruit jelly*

Fruit jelly created in the image of the flowering fields of southern France,

with accents of white wine and Campari.

Tourte Pyrenees

Traditional sweets of southern France.

Baked with the aroma of fennel, with apricot jam as a base for the aroma of osmanthus.

Crème caramel

A standard custard pudding lightly flavored with honey and presented in the shape of the full moon.
