Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo Guide to Resuming of Business

In order to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff in response to concerns about the spread of the Novel Corona virus (COVID-19), we had temporarily closed the hotel through the end of May, but are resuming business in stages beginning from June 1st.
We apologize for the inconvenience that closure may have caused our guests, and wish to express our utmost thanks for the encouragement, support and understanding we have received from everyone.
On June 1st the Banquet Building will reopen with a new policy to ensure safety, followed by the Hotel Building on June 5th.
