＜How to Reserve the New Year Plan＞

1. First, make a room reservation via the dedicated phone line. (Please have your email address ready in advance.)
   Provide the following details:
   ・Accommodation plan, check-in date, and number of nights
   ・Number of guests (breakdown of adults and children)
   ・Room type and bed type (twin or king)
2. After securing your room, check the dinner preference form sent via email.
   Select your preferred restaurant or buffet event and time slot, then return the form.
   • Dinner reservations are required in advance. Due to limited seating, your preferences may not always be accommodated.
   • The available restaurants and events vary depending on the plan.
   • This step does not confirm your reservation. The hotel will reply after checking availability.
   • Seating arrangements are at the discretion of the hotel.
   • Lunch is not included in the plan. If you wish to use the restaurants or buffet events for lunch, please make separate reservations.
3. You will receive an email confirming your dinner details.
   • Changes to dinner details will be accepted until Friday, December 13, 2025.
4. Reservation confirmation documents will be sent via email starting Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
5. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
   • Please bring your reservation confirmation documents.
