-If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for later cancellations.
・ From 24 hours to reservation time: 100% of the treatment fee

<On the reserved day>

You can use the hot spring for up to 1 hour before treatment.
Even if you do not use the hot spring, please come 15 minutes in advance to change clothes and have counseling.
