The sea of clouds is a rare natural phenomenon that only reveals itself under certain conditions.
But that breathtaking scenery can be witnessed within Tokyo thanks to a fusion of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology.

  • Tokyo Sea of Clouds －YAKUMO－

    Clouds overlap, no moment repeats.

    An ever-changing cloudscape where layers of mist gather, drift, and transform with the surrounding light, air, and seasons.
    The incredible Tokyo Sea of Clouds, now enhanced to express layers of mist overlapping in delicate harmony.
    At night, synchronized lights and sound awaken the garden with a living rhythm and immerse you in a dramatic cloudscape.
    Witness scenes shaped by nature, each one a unique moment that can never be experienced the same way twice.

    Time: Runs daily every hour at :40 past, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

    Duration: Approx. 3 minutes

  • Sea of Clouds Splash

    A garden spectacle with the feeling of a water park attraction! Like drops of water scattering from a waterfall, the sea of clouds mist splashes out.

    Time: Runs daily every hour at :10 past, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    Duration: Approx. 3 minutes

    Place: Near Gojo Waterfall

  • Great Sea of Clouds

    A quarter of the garden is blanketed in the sea of clouds for around 8 minutes.

    Time: 7:10 a.m.  / 10:40 p.m.

    Duration: Approx. 8 minutes
