A lunch buffet presenting the blessings of Japan conveyed to the rest of the world, the camelllia and “washoku.”

Japanese cuisine is known for boiling, frying, and drawing out flavors of the ingredients within, as well as using fresh seasonal ingredients. As such, we've carefully selected luxurious ingredients for an obanzai, made tempura shrimp and seasonal vegetables using a blended camellia oil rich in oleic acids, and crafted nigiri sushi using a colorful assortment of vegetables. And for dessert, we've prepared a choose-your-own-toppings anmitsu bar and Japanese sweets so that guests can appreciate all of the wonderful flavors Japanese cuisine has to offer.

Guests may also enjoy our garden before and after meals, where many camellias will be in bloom.

Come have a blissful time with us and enjoy Saga beef grilled on lava stones from Mt. Fuji.

Saga beef is known for its tenderness and how it melts in your mouth. In this dinner, we use lava stones from Mt. Fuji, heated by infrared, to draw out all the flavor that Saga beef has to offer.

[Appetizers] Sea cucumber served with vinegar and grated daikon radish, chicory, Chinese yams, wasabi leaves, Kintoki carrots, yuzu, butterbur miso, and shrimp rice crackers.

[Delicacies] Baked domestic Japanese beef, fresh vegetables, horseradish, and amber sauce.

[Warm Dish] Boiled tilefish broth, taro, plum gluten, grated daikon radish, and green onions.

[Grilled Dish] Amberjack grilled on a wooden plank, shiitake mushrooms, green peppers and sudachi.

[Stone-Grilled] 30g of roasted Saga beef, 40g of domestic Japanese beef filet, three types of vegetables, ponzu and grated daikon radish, wasabi, rock salt, and magnolia leaves grilled with miso and green onion.

[Main Dish] White rice, grilled salted salmon, pickled vegetables, and red dashi soup.

We've prepared a special dinner menu filled with the delicacies and colors of the season, including a meringue and soba noodles served with grated Japanese yams.

First, we offer a beautiful pink "Reiwa Blossom.” Then the "Mist Flower,” made using flower fragrant Okuhida Vodka.
