  • We welcome guests with Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo’s more than 70 years of experience offering hospitality to guests from around the world, guest rooms maintained at an international standard, nine restaurants as well as delicious cuisine from room service, spacious guest rooms that are easy to access for fathers and siblings as well, 24-hour baby care provided by AMATERASU, nutritious yakuzen cuisine soup for the mother, professional care with parenting seminars, optional services such as baby photos, and more.

  • Baby Care

    ・24-hour support is offered with midwives, nurses, and nursery staff available to provide total assistance (bathing, preparing milk, helping the baby to sleep, advising on aiding development, and more.)
    ・Each baby bed is equipped with a live-viewing camera. Families can view their infants within the guest rooms, or from any location via their smartphones.
    ・Baby alarms using infant motion sensors ensure total safety watching over babies.
    ・Daily goods necessary to babies (Undershirts, milk, diapers, etc.)

  • Lecture, Events

    Optional: A photography session of baby photos or family photos taken by a professional cameraman

     

  • Guest Rooms

    ・Rooms from 45㎡ to 60㎡ with an atmosphere of European elegance.
    *To accommodate fathers wishing to stay as well, twin beds are available.
    ・In order to avoid inconveniencing guests, cleaning is performed once every 2 days.
    ・Microwave ovens in all rooms.
    ・In order to avoid outside contact, curbside greeting and in-room check-in are performed.
    ・Free Wi-Fi in all rooms.
    ・A dedicated door separates rooms from the standard guest room area, so that guests can go back and forth from the baby care area while wearing their room wear.
