Japanese sake-themed teatime: KUBOTA Afternoon Tea
This year marks the sixth collaboration between KUBOTA sake and Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo
In the elegant environment of a ryotei, a new afternoon tea menu allows guests to experience a new beauty of sake. 6 kinds of sweets, including Kubota Koju jelly with accents of grape and pomegranate, and rabbit-shaped confections faintly scented with daiginjo sake, are included. Savories and side dishes feature a range of seasonal ingredients, mixing Western flavors with Japanese ones in a way that perfectly complements Japanese sake. With a welcome drink of junmai daiginjo with green tea ice floating within it, and a trio set of Manju, Hekiju, and Senju Akiagari sakes, enjoy the bounty of autumn with this luxurious teatime.
